Few things are as stressful as searching high and low for a lost debit card — and worrying that someone out there might have access to your funds. If you believe your card has been stolen or misplaced, report your lost debit card immediately. Doing so can help keep potential losses to a minimum.

Contact our Account Services team by calling 832.485.2515.
After Hours
Call 800.500.1044 and follow the prompts, which will direct you to our card center. There, you can report and block your lost or stolen card. Contact your local Central Bank branch the next business day to request a replacement card.
